Scandic Spectrum is home to Spectrum Wellness, which, in addition to a relaxing pool area with a heated pool, also has a Finnish sauna and, of course, a wide range of wellness treatments, such as facials and massages. In 2024, Spectrum Wellness was also nominated for ‘Spa of the Year’ at the Danish Beauty Awards - and with good reason! It's guaranteed to get you in gear. If you need a break from the water, there's also a lovely lounge area with sun loungers where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area.
Spectrum Wellness invites both children and adults to their spa, and also has Teen Wellness options - the only one in Copenhagen.
During the winter months, there are also weekly saunagus events.
